What we handled on this storefront signs job in Buffalo Grove, IL.
We drew the letterform layout to fit the tenant's share of the facade, then fabricated custom channel letters with painted bronze returns. Because the wall is stucco, we made a full-size mounting pattern and used anchors rated for that assembly so nothing loosens over time. We handled the landlord and village sign approvals before build. Installation was done with a lift in one visit, with every penetration sealed.
