Vehicle Wraps & Fleet Graphics in Chicago
Full wraps, partial wraps and cut-vinyl lettering for vans, trucks, cars and commercial fleets — the cheapest mobile advertising you'll ever buy, installed with cast vinyl and a steady hand.

Vehicle Wraps, Partial Wraps and Fleet Lettering
Full Vehicle Wraps
Complete coverage of the painted surfaces with printed cast vinyl, using manufacturer templates so graphics land correctly on body lines, door handles, bumpers and recessed panels for a factory-finish look.
Partial Wraps and Spot Graphics
Coverage of the highest-impact areas — rear quarter panels, hood, doors and tailgate — blended with the vehicle's existing paint. Delivers most of the visual impact of a full wrap at a lower cost.
Cut Vinyl Lettering and Door Logos
Clean, budget-friendly branding: company name, logo, phone number, website, DOT and license numbers. Ideal for work trucks, service vans and vehicles that need to look professional without full coverage.
Commercial Fleet Graphics
Consistent branding rolled out across multiple vehicles and body styles. We keep print profiles and templates on file so a van added next year matches the vehicles wrapped today.
Box Trucks, Sprinters and Trailers
Large flat panels are the best advertising real estate you own. We print in wide panels with minimal seams and align graphics across rivets, doors and roll-up sections.
Color Change Wraps
Gloss, matte, satin, metallic and textured finishes for a full color change without repainting. Reversible for lease returns and resale, and protective of the original paint underneath.
Window Perf and Rear Glass Graphics
Perforated film lets you extend the design across rear and side glass while keeping visibility from inside — plus contour-cut lettering for rear doors and quarter windows.
Wrap Removal, Repair and Refresh
Old or failing wraps removed with heat and adhesive remover. Damaged panels re-printed and replaced individually so a scrape or collision repair doesn't mean a whole new wrap.

Vehicle Wrap Design and Fleet Branding Development
A work vehicle is read for a few seconds in traffic. A wrap that works keeps one clear message — who you are and what you do — large enough to read from another lane, with the phone number and website secondary.
Design starts from the exact year, make, model and body style, using manufacturer templates so artwork lands correctly around door handles, body lines, recessed panels, bumpers and glass.
We adapt your existing logo for large-format print or rebuild it as vector artwork when the original files are not production-ready.
Before printing, you approve a proof showing every side of the vehicle — driver, passenger, rear, hood and roof if included — so nothing important lands on a door seam or behind a ladder rack.
Vehicle Measured
Year, make, model and body confirmed; hardware and damage noted.
Proof on Template
Every side rendered on the vehicle template for approval.
Wrapped and Trimmed
Printed cast vinyl installed, post-heated, trimmed and inspected.
How to Choose the Right Level of Wrap Coverage
Full Wraps
Best for maximum visibility and for changing the vehicle color entirely. Complete coverage of the painted surfaces with printed cast vinyl.
Partial Wraps
Best value for most contractors — rear and lower panels or a three-quarter design that reads like a full wrap for a fraction of the material.
Cut Vinyl Lettering
Best for clean, low-budget branding on white and light vehicles: company name, services, phone number, website and DOT numbers.
Fleet Graphics Packages
Best for multiple vehicles that must match. One approved layout scaled across vans, trucks and cars, scheduled so you keep working.
Color Change and Accents
Best for chrome delete, roof and hood accents, and matte or satin color changes without repainting the vehicle.

From Vehicle Specs to Wrap Installation
Vehicle Specs
Year, make, model and body style so we pull the correct manufacturer template.
Design Layout
Artwork built on the template to hit body lines clean and read from across the street.
Digital Proof
Rendered views of your actual vehicle from multiple angles before anything is printed.
Print and Laminate
Cast vinyl printed and finished with UV overlaminate so it survives Midwest weather.
Surface Prep
Wash, degrease and inspect paint condition — clean surfaces are what make a wrap last.
Installation and Cure
Applied in our indoor bay, seams and edges post-heated and cured. Most vehicles take 1–3 days.
Wrap Removal, Repairs and Fleet Rebrands
Vehicles get sold, rebranded and occasionally scraped. We remove old wraps and lettering, clean off adhesive residue and prepare the panels before new graphics go on.
Single damaged panels can usually be reprinted and replaced instead of rewrapping the whole vehicle, as long as the original artwork and material are still available — which is why we keep your files on record.
For fleet rebrands we stage the work vehicle by vehicle so you are never missing more than one unit at a time, and we keep the layout identical across every body style.
Wrap Vinyl and Care in Chicago Conditions
Chicago winters, road salt and summer sun are hard on vehicle graphics, so we print on cast wrap vinyl with a UV laminate rather than cheaper calendered film.
Cast vinyl conforms to curves and recesses, resists lifting at edges, and comes off cleanly years later without damaging factory paint.
Hand washing and avoiding high-pressure spray directly at edges keeps a wrap looking new; with proper care most wraps hold up well for several years of daily driving.
What a Vehicle Needs Before It Can Be Wrapped
Vinyl only bonds to clean, sound paint. Peeling clearcoat, rust, fresh body filler and recent repaints need attention before wrapping — new paint should cure before graphics go on.
The vehicle should arrive washed, emptied of ladders, racks and roof accessories where possible, and warm enough to be wrapped indoors in our shop.
Vehicle graphics need no municipal permit. If your work requires DOT numbers, USDOT identification or license text at a specific size, we lay it out correctly as part of the design.
What Affects the Cost of a Vehicle Wrap?
Cost depends on the vehicle size and shape, coverage level, amount of design work, complexity of the body panels, whether old graphics need removal and how many vehicles are in the batch.
A cargo van with deep recesses and roof racks takes more material and labor than a sedan. Lettering is the least expensive option, a full wrap on a box truck the most.
For a firm number, send the year, make, model and body style, photos of all sides and your logo files.

Vehicle Wrap FAQs
- What types of vehicle wraps do you offer?
- Full wraps, partial wraps and spot graphics, cut-vinyl lettering, color change wraps, fleet graphics, trailer and box truck wraps, and perforated window graphics.
- How long does a vehicle wrap last?
- Typically 5–7 years on a properly washed vehicle. UV exposure, bird droppings and automatic brush washes shorten that, so hand washing is best.
- Will a wrap damage my paint?
- Not on factory paint in good condition — it actually protects it. Aftermarket paint, rust or previous body work can be a problem, so we inspect and tell you straight before starting.
- How much does a wrap cost?
- It depends on vehicle size, coverage and design complexity. Lettering packages start low, partial wraps sit in the middle, and full wraps on large vans and box trucks are the top of the range.
- How long does installation take?
- Most vehicles are in our bay 1–3 days including prep and cure time. Fleets are scheduled in batches so you're never without too many vehicles at once.
- Can you match branding across an entire fleet?
- Yes. We store templates and print profiles so vehicle number 14 next year matches vehicle number 1 from today.
- Can a wrap be removed for a lease return?
- Yes. Cast wrap film is designed to be removed with heat, leaving the original paint intact when it was in good condition to start.
- Do you wrap leased vehicles?
- Yes, and it's common. Removable cast film means you can return the vehicle to its original appearance at end of lease.
- Can you repair part of a damaged wrap?
- Yes. Individual panels can be reprinted and replaced, so a scrape or a body repair doesn't require redoing the whole vehicle.
- How should I care for a new wrap?
- Wait about a week before washing, then hand wash with mild soap. Avoid pressure washing edges and brush-style automatic car washes.
